In 2007, author Missy Chase Lapine accused Jessica Seinfeld of plagiarizing ideas from Lapine’s cookbook “The Sneaky Chef: Simple Strategies for Hiding Healthy Foods in Kids’ Favorite Meals.”  The case was finally brought to an end Sept-11-2009, when  U.S. District Court Judge Laura Taylor Swain discharged all claims against Jessica Seinfeld’s cookbook, “Deceptively Delicious: Simple Secrets to Get Your Kids Eating Good Food.” This victory is a great news for the Sienfeld family, Sienfeld was the comedian that made the most money in 2009.
